The 77th Annual Tennessee Farm Bureau Women’s Leadership Conference will be held April 26, 2025, in Lebanon, Tennessee, at the Farm Bureau Expo Center. Registration will begin at 8:00 a.m. There will be a free Blood Pressure Check for everyone starting at 8:00 a.m. Contact your county Farm Bureau to register! More information will be posted soon.

The conference program will be held at the Farm Bureau Expo Center located at 945 E Baddour Parkway in Lebanon. The Farm Bureau Expo Center is located approximately 1 mile off I-40 exit 239 (US-70 W/Sparta Pk. toward Lebanon). TFBF will provide snacks and lunch to conference delegates.
The conference delegates will be housed at Avid and Fairfield Suites in Lebanon. We are allotted the same number of king rooms as we are double rooms; therefore, if you have two delegates in a room, you may have to share a king room. Tennessee Farm Bureau will make all hotel reservations based on your conference registration through the county office. Please do not call the hotels directly.
TFBF will provide the cost of housing delegates for one hotel room per county for one night. We will bill counties for the rooms over one room after the conference. The rates at the hotels will be approximately $153.20 (includes tax). Each county Farm Bureau is encouraged to send the women’s leadership committee chair, YF&R members and as many delegates as are selected and approved by your County Board.
Hotels must be notified 72 hours in advance if you need to cancel your room reservation. After 72 hours, you will be charged for your room. Please call Rhonda Humphrey at 931-388- 7872, ext. 2223 ASAP or email rhumphrey@tfbf.com to let her know so she can get the hotel room canceled in time and not be charged for the room.
Please remember to bring your scrapbooks for display during the conference. Tables will be provided for your scrapbooks. The tentative program is below.
To register for the state leadership conference, you must go through the county Farm Bureau office. The county secretary will register your county delegates online.
