During the 100th annual meeting of the Tennessee Farm Bureau Federation, seventeen county Farm Bureaus from across the state were recognized for their accomplishments and successes from the past year. Each of the county presidents were recognized onstage for the county’s exemplary program and service activities in three areas: advocacy, organizational advancement and leadership development.
All county Farm Bureaus are to be commended for the group’s hard work, well-earned success and impressive membership achievements over the past year.
Tennessee Farm Bureau is the largest Farm Bureau in the nation with a membership of more than 680,000. The organization celebrates serving as the voice of agriculture since 1921, and with the same mission a century later – to develop, foster, promote and protect programs for the general welfare, including economic, social, educational and political well-being of farm people of the great state of Tennessee.
