Recently at the 90th Tennessee State FFA Convention, John Ryan Scarlett of the Jefferson County FFA Chapter was named the state winner in the Prepared Public Speaking Leadership Development Event, won his proficiency award and was also on the nominating committee for the new state FFA officer team.
