In 2024, a District Court in Arizona ruled to vacate the label for three over-the-top (OTT) dicamba products due to an improper notice-and-comment period by the EPA. EPA is accepting comments through August 22, 2025, on the proposed registration of these three OTT dicamba products. TFBF strongly encourages you to use your grassroots voice to tell EPA how important dicamba is to you and your farm. The importance of individualized comments straight from local farmers and agriculturalists is crucial to any federal regulation process, especially when considering the registration of crop protection tools. The link below will take you directly to the Federal Register website to submit comments. You can attach a file or type your comments directly into a text box.
When writing your comments, we encourage you to include the following:
- Who you are
- Your connection to the agricultural industry
- Any impacts losing access to dicamba would have on your farm or business (i.e. agronomic, economic, environmental, etc.)
- Steps you take to reduce dicamba drift on your farm (i.e. pesticide safety training, how you spray, etc.)
- The overall importance of access to crop protection tools on the success of agricultural production
