2020 TFBF Convention

We all need to reduce risk of unknowingly transferring COVID-19. We also ask all participants to comply with the health guidelines below.

  • PLEASE DO NOT attend the 2020 Tennessee Farm Bureau Federation Convention if you or anyone in your immediate household identify with even one of the following:
    • You or anyone in your immediate household have received a positive COVID-19 test in the 14 days prior to arrival at convention and have not yet recovered.
      • You or anyone in your immediate household (within the last14 days) have had close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 or a symptomatic person awaiting COVID-19 test results.
      • You or anyone in your immediate household within the 14 days prior to arrival at convention have experienced COVID-19 symptoms as designated by the CDC including:
        • a fever in the last 48 hours,
        • a new loss of taste or smell,
        • a cough,
        • shortness of breath,
        • sore throat,
        • vomiting or diarrhea in the last 48 hours.
      • If you or anyone in your immediate household have encountered one of the above situations or conditions, PLEASE STAY HOME.
  • Once arriving at Convention, please enter through one of the monitored entrance points and get a temperature check before proceeding to registration.
    • Mask will be provided at this point if you do not already have one.
    • In addition, stickers indicating successful temperature checks will be provided and must be worn.
  • Temperatures must be checked both days of the convention.
  • Mask and social distancing guidelines should be followed at all times in public areas.
  • Seating will be arranged and marked to promote social distancing.
  • Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the convention area.

AGAIN – If you are or become sick or have any of the above symptoms, or anyone in your immediate household or near you has any of these symptoms, please stay home. Also, if symptoms arise while at the Convention, please go home immediately and notify us.
