Outstanding Young Woman

The Outstanding Young Woman contest will be held virtually leading up to the State Convention in December. Contestants will be judged on application and interview, Farm Bureau/YF&R activities, presentation and community involvement. Each contestant will receive a certificate and a $200 cash award from Tennessee Farm Bureau. The top 5 district winners will receive a $500 cash award from TFBF. The state winner will receive $1,000 cash award from TFBF, a trip to the AFBF YF&R Conference and trips to all Tennessee YF&R Conferences. The state winner will also serve as Ex-Officio on the TN Farm Bureau Women’s Leadership State Committee for the year.
